RR Esculents is a family run Company. We are into farming of Areca nuts for the past 50 years. We are located in the foot hills of Western Ghats in South India, near Sathyamangalam Tiger Reserve Forest.Since we are into Areca nut farming and for centuries we are using the Areca Palm leaf skin to pack our foods while travelling. We found a better future for our Palm Leaf Plates. We started manufacturing the Palm Leaf Plates initially with 2 employees in the year 2001. Now we have increased our Employee count to 65. About 90% of our Employees are from nearby tribal villages and we are trying to employ as many we can to ensure a better life for the poor.Currently we are exporting out Palm Leaf Products to North America, Europe and to Asia Pacific.The Areca leaf Products are made from naturally fallen Leaves and its a better natural alternatives for Disposable plastics / Wooden Plates / Sugarcane Bagasse or Bamboo products.
